The DNS reliability score is an indicator based on the characteristics of goods sold only in DNS stores and is calculated as the ratio of the number of sold goods with a manufacturing defect to the total number of sold goods. The DNS reliability score does not take into account external indicators, including the results of calculating the statistics of the manufacturer, importer, other sellers, as well as the manufacturer's authorized service centers and other organizations.
